Brian M. Garvine

Brian M. Garvine has been practicing law for over 25 years. In December 2008, he opened his own law firm. His law firm specializes in civil litigation. The firm practices business, consumer, construction and personal injury litigation. The firm also practices class action litigation. Brian has been admitted pro hac vice to practice law in various other state and federal courts.
Brian has served as an arbitrator. He is a former member of the Village of Ashville Council where he served as President pro tem. He previously served as the Personnel Director for the Village of Ashville. He currently serves as the Magistrate for the Village of Ashville Mayor’s Court.
Education – The Ohio State University, 1992, BA – Sociology; University of Toledo College of Law, 1997, JD, Member – Law Review, Moot Court.
Brian has appeared on national and local media. He previously was of counsel to The Law Offices of Daniel R. Mordarski, LLC. He enjoys playing golf, reading and exercising. He competed in his first Ironman triathlon in 2010.
