Brian M. Garvine has been practicing law for over 25 years.  In December 2008, he opened his own law firm.  His law firm specializes in civil litigation.  The firm practices business, consumer, construction and personal injury litigation.  The firm also practices class action litigation.

Brian has served as an arbitrator.  He is a former member of the Village of Ashville Council where he served as President pro tem.  He previously served as the Personnel Director for the Village of Ashville.  He currently serves as the Magistrate for the Village of Ashville Mayor’s Court.
