Brian has successfully handled multiple consumer law matters including Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”) cases. He has prosecuted individual FCRA claims as well as class actions against the debt settlement industry.  Brian was one of the Ohio counsel retained regarding the Equifax Data Breach class action case. Our firm represents individuals who have been harmed by deceptive, unfair, or unlawful conduct by businesses including debt settlement/resolution companies. We handle claims involving the FCRA, Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act (CSPA), unfair debt collection practices, credit reporting errors, deceptive sales practices, predatory lending and consumer contract disputes. We understand how overwhelming it can be when large companies take advantage of consumers and we fight to hold those businesses accountable.
